offered to our customers and distributors once the unit has been shipped, that
is, after its sale.
Our commercial technicians accompany the area distributor in order to carry
out what we call the “set-up” of the
tool. This process consists of:
- Activating the unit, installing it and providing basic notions about its operation.
- Providing the end user with the possibility of receiving, at that very moment, a “basic” customized course in his facilities. Explaining how to connect to the vehicles he usually works with;showing which failures are the most frequent ones that he might encounter; detailingthe functionalities he will need the expert mode for…
Apart from this first contact with the new users, our technicians pay
regular visits to the workshops in order to inform them about the new features included
in the latest versions, in order to help them solve any problems that might
arise in their daily work or in the update process, and, in short, to give them
advice and help them resolve any doubts they might have.

At the forefront of this service, in addition to the
commercial technicians, there is the Jaltest Customer Service Department.Once
the user has its diagnostic unit, he can contact our department in order to:
- Solve any doubt regarding the services subscribed or the versions available in our website
- Get support on the update processes
- Get information about new products offered for sale
- Manage any warranty
- Obtain information about our training courses
- Manage the application forms to attend to those training courses, etc.
