Web Service Functionalities

   In an effort to help our distributors provide a better service to their customers, Cojali has developed the “Jaltest Web Service” for distributors. Here are some of the features they will have access to when login in our web service:

   1. Access the `Distributor´ area inside the `Jaltest Web Service´ available in www.jaltest.com. Use the login information provided by Cojali.

   2. Messages: This function provides relevant and updated information regarding Jaltest.

   3. Update Area: Access this area to download new software updates, as well as to the tool’s coverage literature releases.

   4. Device Management: This section will provide Jaltest Distributors with the possibility to manage the Jaltest units they have sold to their customers: expiration dates, Jaltest versions, expert modes status, etc…

   5. Licenses: Access this section to generate new software licenses and additional PC activations (for units with valid licenses).

   6. FAQ: This area provides additional help related to the Jaltest Diagnostic tool. Do you have questions regarding the use of Jaltest? You will find relevant information inside this section.

JALTEST AROUND THE WORLD: training courses in Chile

These days we are present in the first training course celebrated in Chile for distributors and clients of Jaltest. Our area SaleS manager Mr. Ruiz and our specialized technician in JalTest Mr. Novés are showing all the possibilities that our Multibrand diagnosis tools can offer to the user.

The training course consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is presented in the training room with documents and materials for all the participants, our technicians explain the functionalities, uses and the practice part is done with tests in real trucks.

Thanks to these courses that can be given anywhere and directly in the distributors facilities, the distributors get to improve the sales and the final clients acquire a qualified training which lets them to make the most of Jaltest.
