Registration of Errors on AdBlue Memory Systems
Within the AdBlue systems, there is a group of important errors (called “long term” errors), which can only be cleared after 400 days.
These errors will be NOT PRESENT or INACTIVE and cannot be cleared even if they have been corrected, but they are not displayed on the vehicle if the problem has been solved. They can only be read with a diagnostic tool.

Web Service Functionalities
In an effort to help our distributors provide a better service to their customers, Cojali has developed the “Jaltest Web Service” for distributors. Here are some of the features they will have access to when login in our web service:
1. Access the `Distributor´ area inside the `Jaltest Web Service´ available in www.jaltest.com. Use the login information provided by Cojali.
3. Update Area: Access this area to download new software updates, as well as to the tool’s coverage literature releases.
4. Device Management: This section will provide Jaltest Distributors with the possibility to manage the Jaltest units they have sold to their customers: expiration dates, Jaltest versions, expert modes status, etc…
5. Licenses: Access this section to generate new software licenses and additional PC activations (for units with valid licenses).
6. FAQ: This area provides additional help related to the Jaltest Diagnostic tool. Do you have questions regarding the use of Jaltest? You will find relevant information inside this section.

Automechanika Dubai 2013
Now that the Automechanika Dubai 2013 has finished, it is time to make an overall assessment. Another year, Jaltest has increased its importance as a diagnostic tool on the area, going beyond itself and making itself known to more than 200 companies that were interested in it. The follow-up monitoring is the success of its staging: three complete units at the disposal of the users and an innovative stand which attracted the curiosity of a varied audience.
The success was guaranteed. Some of the people present could not wait until the end of the exhibition to buy several Jaltest units, and some others established the basis for the agreements in the near future.

JALTEST CUSTOMIZED SUPPORT
It is well known that, currently on
the market, a good product image is not enough to succeed and achieve goals.
Very often, the manufacturers focus their efforts on having a great campaign
that shows the incredible design of their products or equipment. However, when
it comes to diagnostic tools, it is not easy to sustain that success over time…
if it does not go hand in hand with a great support.
That is why, in Jaltest, when we
emphasize that we offer a great after-sales
service, we are taking into account that the only limit we could set for
that support, is established by the user.

Development Department, this Manager offers the possibility of downloading
training courses in several languages, providing “practical” recommendations,
adapting the courses based on the characteristics of a specific market or even
requesting the creation of a brand new course.
Therefore, the user approaches the
manufacturer in a way that can strongly influence on the development of the Jaltestproject. That way, the user becomes involved to move on towards the same goal.
It is clear that the Internet is key
for any user who wishes to exploit our support, since it is fast, efficient,
inexpensive and accessible for everyone. Little by little, Jaltest is becoming
more dependent on this new technology; that way, being anywhere in the world
will not be an obstacle when developing the Project.
