Web Service Functionalities
In an effort to help our distributors provide a better service to their customers, Cojali has developed the “Jaltest Web Service” for distributors. Here are some of the features they will have access to when login in our web service:
1. Access the `Distributor´ area inside the `Jaltest Web Service´ available in www.jaltest.com. Use the login information provided by Cojali.
3. Update Area: Access this area to download new software updates, as well as to the tool’s coverage literature releases.
4. Device Management: This section will provide Jaltest Distributors with the possibility to manage the Jaltest units they have sold to their customers: expiration dates, Jaltest versions, expert modes status, etc…
5. Licenses: Access this section to generate new software licenses and additional PC activations (for units with valid licenses).

Jaltest in International Exhibitions
The presence of Jaltest on the International Market is increasingly noticeable. Not only is it worth noting the hard work carried out in our facilities in Spain, France, Italy and other parts of the world, but also the daily work done by our engineers, who do their best to create the most complete diagnostic tool on the market. COJALI AND THE WHEELTIME NETWORK: A WINNING MATCH

The Cojali Group is happy to announce a new partnership with WheelTime, North America’s highest quality truck service network. Founded in 2004, its 200 service locations, 3,500 technicians and 1,500 mobile service vehicles all focus on consistent delivery of high quality truck service.
In addition to using the Jaltest Diagnostics Tool throughout its Network, WheelTime will assist Cojali with sales and distribution of our advanced diagnostics tool, and was selected by Cojali to be its primary training partner in the U.S.

COJALI considers the adaptation of the manufacturing
process to the latest legislation and technology as a main objective. For this
reason we have implemented a Research, Development and Innovation (R+D+I)
management system based on the following principals:

and maintain a management system according to the UNE 166002:2006 with the goal
of guaranteeing constant improvement in the activities related to R+D+i.

research to identify present and future market trends and needs. Design the
viability and launching time of these projects.

COJALI in Automechanika Frankfurt: a great participation success
Cojali came back from Automechanika Frankfurt with a
sucessful participation and creating a great expectation. Two stands were
exhibited: one of them presented the innovations in Cojali’s cooling and brake
systems, as well as the new brand of electronic remanufacturing “COJALI Reman”.
The second stand, within the workshop equipment hall, was dedicated to the new
diagnosis features of the Jaltest brand.
The visitors at the Cojali stand had the chance to
witness the progression of the brand with the innovative manufacturing of
electronic elements such as controllers for instrumentation systems, ECAS
solenoid valves, air dryers, APU kits, ABS modulators or the new range of brake
and height sensors. Likewise, the e-ABS was presented: our new electronic
control unit, an innovative solution for trailers and semitrailers.
Within the field of cooling systems, Cojali keeps on
proving to be at the forefront of the manufacturers of fans and fan clutches
for commercial vehicles, presenting the most important improvements in
electronically controlled fan clutches.
Completing the innovations on the aftermarket sector,
we exhibited the new brand COJALI Reman, dedicated to the remanufacturing of
electronic components for commercial vehicles. This brand presented a new catalogue with all kinds of
solenoid valves, modulators, electronic control units, etc. All of them with a
quality equivalent to any new product.
On the other hand, Jaltest was exhibited on hall 8 of Messe Frankfurt, presenting a whole range of developments focused on the improvement of the workshop profitability, which surprised the visitors. First off, we offered the new features regarding the new functions and systems implemented on Jaltest for its last version of 2012, which proved that Jaltest is still the most complete and competitive multibrand diagnosis tool on the market of trucks, buses, trailers, light vehicles, special vehicles or agricultural vehicles.
GRP, the software for the productivity management of
the workshops, received a positive asset. The software is aimed at improving
the times and profitability of the workshops, which nowadays makes it an
essential tool.
Afterwards, it was possible to see the new module
that, as of today, can be purchased along with Jaltest. Named as ETM
(Electronic test module), Cojali releases onto the market a new solution for
the diagnosis of electronic modules in order for the repair works to be faster
and less expensive.
In short and as a conclusion, Cojali
comes back to Spain with the satisfaction of having demonstrated its best
potential at the largest fair within the sector of spare parts and workshop
equipment, and with the obligation to continue working on the line of its
motto, “Innovation and Technology”.

e-ABS: Anti-Lock Braking System for Trailer
Our technical and engineering department has
developed and presented the e-ABS, anti-lock braking systems with additional
electronic control for auxiliary elements and monitoring braking performance
and service for trailers, semi-trailers and full-trailers.
It is based in two different configurations, standard and premium.
- ABS configuration
- Switch control configured by speed
- Km counter
- Maintenance management
- Brake pad wear control
- Diagnosis Functions (through ISO 7638)

Besides,
there are some diagnostic functions using Jaltest:
- Error memor
- Data monitoring
- Component activation
- ECU data
- Set Parameters
- End of line test
- BDL (Braking data logger).- this function is very useful for fleet control managers because all data about the working conditions of the vehicles is recorded (speed, braking frequency, ABS interventions…)

COJALI IN AUTOMECHANIKA MOSCOW 2012
From August 27th to August 30th MIMS-Automechanika
Moscow trade fair has celebrated a new edition.
The fair grew in comparison to previous
editions and we can state that it has been evolving very positively in the last
few years.
Cojali Group was represented by the export
sales manager, Mr. Serrano and the Russian area representative, Mr. Kubrak. All our product range was present at the fair,
from our Cooling Systems and Air Brake Systems ranges to Jaltest, our
multi-brand diagnostics solution, which, as usual, attracted a lot of interest
from the visitors at the fair.
We introduced at the fair our latest innovations:
