After the great success of the training course for Jaltest distributors, held last April, we are getting ready for a second edition, which will take place in November, 4, 5 and 6. 

Jaltest Soft, New features 13.2

As always with every new version, and thanks to the continuous hard work of our engineering team, Jaltest Soft 13.2 includes brand new models and systems.

The agricultural vehicles are the main characters in this new version, which includes and/or develops:

• New system, such as for instance the brand John Deere






• New functions (e.g. New Holland)

Apart from this, we have increased the number of models, systems, functions, wiring diagrams, etc. available in Jaltest Soft; that way, it is possible to realize the obvious evolution of our tool, which is more than positive.

Jaltest on Expopartes Tradeshow 2013, Bogotá.

   At the beginning of June, Jaltest had the pleasure of attending the EXPOPARTES Tradeshow, held at Corferias centre in Bogotá, Colombia.

   Representing the Cojali Group, Jaltest exhibited on the fair with a stand for the first time, where we could see the great acceptance of the Colombian market with regard to the equipment. Hosted in Bogotá, capital city home to more than nine million people, Jaltest presented a forceful bet for the Colombian market, which has a turbulent market when it comes to diagnostic devices.

   The attendants and experts of the project assessed as strengths the great support and training added to the equipment, as well as the latest implementations on Jaltest Soft, which have broken the barriers of Asian vehicles.

   Finally, during the three days that lasted the event, the number of Colombian visitors registered was the greatest in percentage, although there were other nationalities as well (Venezuela, Brazil, Japan, Turkey, Spain, Peru, Mexico…).

   Jaltest lived up to the expectations and it was the only Spanish exhibitor on the event. The organization was thankful for our presence at all times.

   Without a doubt, Jaltest keeps on opening borders.

What to do when the diagnosis process shows errors about EBS modulators?  How to check rapidly if the modulator is faulty?

Your pleas have been listened! Jaltest presents the ETM, the Jaltest Soft additional module used to verify and test EBS modulators in trucks. Our new ETM module is embedded into Jaltest Soft from the version 12.3 (third update in 2012).

Jaltest offers a comprehensive package of hardware to test a wide range of references in electronic modulators.

How to use the ETM in three simple steps:

STEP 1: Introduce the reference number of the modulator. A smart search toolbar helps to find the modulator. 

STEP 2: Connection information. Which cable is needed and where it must be fitted.

STEP 3: To establish communication with the modulator the user must select the modulator settings.

e-ABS: Anti-Lock Braking System for Trailer

Our technical and engineering department has developed and presented the e-ABS, anti-lock braking systems with additional electronic control for auxiliary elements and monitoring braking performance and service for trailers, semi-trailers and full-trailers.

It is based in two different configurations, standard and premium.

Some of its functions are:

•  Brake pad wear control
•  Diagnosis Functions (through ISO 7638)                                     

Besides, there are some diagnostic functions using Jaltest:

Jaltest Soft Innovations T12.2

Innovations T12.2 (released 15.06.2012) 

Jaltest Soft released its versión 12.2 on 15.06.2012.  As usual this comes with new features designed to make Jaltest even more complete and also more user-friendly, intuitive and attractive.

System auto detection

 

Regarding Jaltest Soft itself there are many improvements. The most remarkable one affects the system auto detection function. This has undergone many changes making it more functional, easier to use and more intuitive.

Measure display

 

One of the most interesting features of Jaltest has always been its measures display for some values. We have improved this with new and clearer graphs that improve the appearance and usability of the Soft.

Interactive technical releases

 

Jaltest 12.2 also includes some interactive technical releases.

 

Remote assistance

 

Apart from these changes, Jaltest soft 12.2  has launched a remote assistance function via teamviewer that can be used even from the installation/setup process. This will help Jaltest users to have more immediate access to technical assistance.

 

Diagnosis functions

 

Apart from these changes directed to improve functionality and appearance of Jaltest, there has been also new additions of diagnosis functions in Truck, Bus, Trailerand Light Commercial Vehicle.

In Truck we would like to remark new diagnosis functions in Hino, which is becoming more important every day, so Jaltest is working to cover more and more of this Asian brand.

It is also remarkable the qualitative step given in Light Commercial Vehicles.  Jaltest has been focusing more on heavy duty: From now on, the new Jaltest versions will be including more and more diagnosis functions in this type of vehicles.
